What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card that allows you to activate a cellular plan from your carrier without having to use a physical nano-SIM. It's built into your device.
Is my device compatible?
Most modern smartphones released after 2018 suppport eSIM. You can check our compatibility list or dial *#06# to see if an EID number appears.
When should I install my eSIM?
We recommend installing your eSIM before you travel (using Wi-Fi). However, you should only activate the plan once you arrive at your destination to start the validity period.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes! You can use your Orysim eSIM for data while keeping your primary number active for WhatsApp, iMessage, and calls.
How do I top up my data?
You can easily top up your data through the Orysim website or app. Just log in, go to 'My eSIMs', and select 'Top Up'.
